Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and surewim ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by surewim, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained herein.

surewim reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the official website. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the amended Terms.

Account Registration and Management

To use surewim services, you are required to register an account by providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Required information includes your full name, date of birth, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen or closed, along with the cancellation of any associated balances and bonuses.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party.
• surewim reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time for account verification purposes.
• Accounts that fail to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated period may be suspended or closed.
• Any activity suspected of involving fraud or system manipulation will be investigated and may result in account closure without a refund.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

surewim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum accepted deposit is RM20 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM100, and the withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

• Your deposit must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or one that has been verified by our team.
• surewim does not charge any internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals involving an active bonus are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the request can be approved.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

surewim offers various bonus offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements and must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is processed.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus up to RM300 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 must be wagered before the bonus withdrawal is allowed.
• Deposit RM800 → bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

• Only one bonus can be active at any one time unless stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion.
• surewim reserves the right to cancel any bonus that has been misused or obtained through illegitimate means.

Game Rules and User Responsibilities

surewim offers various game categories including sports betting, slots, live casino, card games, and others. Each game has its own rules that users are required to follow.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in any game complies with the laws applicable in their area of residence. surewim is not responsible for any legal consequences borne by users as a result of using the platform.

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automation software is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be voided without compensation.

• surewim is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by factors outside our control such as internet outages, network issues, or system maintenance.
• We are not responsible for actions or decisions made by users based on information found on the platform.
• surewim's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the surewim support team. Before closing, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and there are no active wagering requirements left to complete.

surewim fully supports responsible gambling and provides a self-exclusion option for users who feel they need a break from the platform. Users may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion via live chat or support email.

• Self-exclusion requests will be processed within a short period upon receipt.
